According to the formal announcement, "A mysterious encounter pulls protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a original mission, where hints of prohibited practices and monstrous changes resonate through the obscurity." The storyline features a "oddly garbed woman named Ada" who tasks the characters with traveling into the Gemstone Grotto—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her companion from a hidden cult.

The adventure centers on "peculiar trials and a terrifying enemy" and is available to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

Recognizable Places and Metamorphoses

The teaser showcases the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was formerly where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through generations. The preview concludes with a dramatic moment showing a character, likely the captive, changing into a Titan that towers over Naoe and Yasuke.

Special Items and Additional Features

Players who successfully complete the mission will acquire an exclusive katana together with numerous items secreted throughout the area in concealed chests. The update also contains in-store Attack on Titan item packs, featuring:
